There are two great times to cultivate peace:
1. When you are busy
2. When you are not busy
When you are busy, you overlook peace, and can get easily unsettled by life’s movements and storms. Cultivating peace is a deep way of grounding and building a foundation to approach life from clarity, wisdom, courage, strength and love.
When you are not busy, you have the time to cultivate peace, so that when busyness comes, or life’s storms strike, you have a deep grounding and foundation to bring clarity, wisdom, courage, strength and love to all your thinking, speaking and doing.
Cultivating peace is developing familiarity with the unchanging, ever-present peace that is your own real nature.
